Great for whole famy

We had a great time. This house is great for adults and children there are all kinds of games to play for adults and children of all ages. Plenty of room.

FEELING AT HOME WHILE ON VACATION

The house was perfect for our ski trip and we felt like we were right at home. He fireplace was great and heated up the whole lower level and made us feel warm and cozy after a couple of long days skiing. The beds were very comfortable and we felt like we were in our own house when using the kitchen and eating in the dining room. The host, Sofia, was incredibly accommodating. Great place to stay. I would heartily recommend it.

Quiet, woods, unique

I highly recommend this unique getaway in the Catskill mountains. The home has everything that you need from kitchen items, to reading nooks, toys and games and space to relax. It is located in a quiet, remote neighborhood but not too far from amenities like restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The owners were extremely responsive, friendly and hospitable. We would like to rent this home again in the summer to take advantage of the location and outdoors and to have the opportunity to use their beautiful deck!

Extended weekend fall getaway

The place overall was exactly as advertised and in an excellent location for an extended fall getaway weekend outside Woodstock. Owner maintained excellent communication throughout our stay. Made great use of deck, playground for kids, and both indoor and outdoor fireplaces.

Beautiful location, deep in the woods

The best thing about this property is the amazing large wraparound deck, replete with a wonderful outdoor couch and cushy outdoor chairs. We spent so much time on the deck, hanging out with the chipmunks, watching hummingbirds, and at night, star gazing. Inside, beds were comfortable (very important, can make or break a vacation!) and the shower was good. It is definitely a well used family house, with lots of toys and games around.

Great spot in woodstock. Lovely home.

Sofia was extremely nice and helpful from the start. she was accommodating, and although new at VRBO, she was very organized. She cam to drop off the keys to her place at my apartment in the East Village, which was a nice touch. The house is a wood style cabin, and it definitely feels like someone's home, which i love. The bedrooms were large and the house was clean. The downstairs/kitchen area were great for hanging out and socializing. The house is close to Woodstock and other great hikes!
