Nicely decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath ocean block condo with a large balcony. This unit has a front and back entrance. Is located on 140th Street North Ocean City. There are restaurant and, miniature golf located within walking distance if you prefer to leave your car parked. The large front balcony is a great place for picking crabs or having meals. Bus stop is on corner if you prefer to ride the bus all day. Non-smoking. No pets, please.
NEW for the 2026 season 2 designated parking spaces, off season mini rental, Winter Rental.

XPLORIE OCMD: Includes Fun Every Day! To enhance your vacation experience, free admissions and rentals are included every day of your stay to some of the most popular attractions the area has to offer such as Jolly Roger Splash Mountain Water Park, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, Bear Trap Dunes Golf Course and Sea Rocket Speedboat Cruise. This place was very nice and roomy for our family of 6. Love being steps to the beach. The place has everything you need if you want to cook and have a family dinner. Very nice and clean. We will be back next summer. Only one request would be to add a keypad to the place so we don’t have to worry about lock outs and losing keys.
