Welcome to Hawaiian Outrigger Condo: Newly remodeled (2022) 1 BR, 2BA ocean block end unit condo in North Ocean City, minutes from Fenwick Island with ocean views from the balcony.

Unit/Amenities: We are clean people and only rent to people like us. This unit is perfect for couples or small families (1-2 children max). Sleeps 4. It is an end unit on the top floor of the building which only has 2 floors. Please note* there is only stairs, no elevator. The unit overlooks the outdoor pool and has ocean views from the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances and new granite counter tops and cabinets. The 2 bathrooms have new vanities installed in both. The bedroom has a queen bed and the couch has a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a 65 inch tv in the living room and a 55 inch will in the bedroom. Free wireless internet, full cable and apps on the smart TVs. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. Central air/heat (nest). There is a dedicated parking spot directly off the stairs for the unit. There are also marked 'guests' parking spots in the garage and free side street parking.
We do provide linens (service includes sheets & towels) but not toiletries. We will provide starter toiletries (1 toilet paper roll in each bathroom, soap) but you will need to bring your own.
The unit also has beach chairs, an umbrella, & cooler for traveling to the beach.

You will be provided with condo rules, pool rules, codes, etc upon booking. Entry into the condo is keyless with a code to enter.

**Please note: We do not rent to seniors or anyone under 28 years old. No pets allowed!*** No events or parties; no additional guests (max of 4 people in unit) and absolutely NO SMOKING anywhere in the condo including balcony or outside the unit.

The community also has an outdoor and indoor pool with hot tub. Very quiet area. Right near Fenwick Island. Walking distance to the beach.

Excellent Condo

We loved at our stay here! The condo was perfect for our family of 3. Condo was clean, had everything we needed and was in close proximity to restaurants and the beach. The pools were easy to access. Owner was very nice and provided easy to follow instructions. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place stay for their vacation!

I gave the overall rating a 4 because there were a few things I fell needed to be fixed. Other than.

The en-suite bath only had hot water in sink. My husband said when he looked and the hose was kinked. He would have fixed it but didn’t want to touch anything , so we only had hot water in sink. Also the place is so nicely decorated but the shower areas should be updated. When we turned on shower water it was brown in en-suite for a little while. Then it was good to go. Just a few issues but overall the place was really nice. We would definitely rent again.
