Other amenities include two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the 1st floor-one of which is ensuite, gourmet kitchen and spacious open living area on the 2nd floor, two additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the 3rd floor, an elevator that connects all three levels and a refreshing outdoor shower to enjoy after a relaxing day at the beach!
