Our property features:
- 3 bedrooms comfortably sleeping up to seven guests, up to four adults and three children. The primary features a queen size bed, walk through robe into an ensuite bathroom with shower. Upstairs is a second queen sized bedroom and a triple single bunk room for the children.
- Two living spaces – one downstairs and an additional lounge area upstairs, perfect for relaxation or movie nights.
- Two and a half bathrooms with modern fixtures, ensuring plenty of space and comfort for all guests.
- A laundry room and ample storage for long-term stays.
- Undercover parking in the garage.

A 10:00 PM quiet timeis in place to respect the peace of our neighbours.
We have a noise sensor installed in the property. It monitors noise levels but does not record or listen to conversations.

Whilst there is parking in the garage for one car, we do recommend only confident drivers drive up the driveway as it is steep and narrow. However there is untimed free parking on the street below which some guests might prefer and a walk up to the house.
