GREAT LOCATION!!! The property is spacious and has great potential, but it does need some attention. The grounds near the playground had tall spiky weeds, which didn’t feel safe for young children. The cabins have rustic charm, though the exterior (peeling paint, broken gates, missing fence palings, broken garden bed edges) felt more neglected than intentional.Inside, the fireplace was heavily rusted and unsafe to use, with only a very small bundle of wood provided (extra charges apply for more), which was disappointing. The communal BBQ was also rusty. Basic supplies like sponges and tea towels were missing, even though signage indicated charges would apply if dishes weren’t washed. We were asked to go purchase when we messaged the support number. With some updates such as replacing the fireplace, including cleaning essentials, and adding small touches like an extra pot, a few face washers, ensure all seat cushions are available and some lacquer to inside surfaces which are rundown — this could be a much more enjoyable and comfortable stay.Do not recommend altering booking dates. This was an ordeal as host did not understand the process and we were reverted back to booking platform too many times. The host was very pleasant and prompt with replies.
