With 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, this home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. Set on 3.17 hectares of pristine bushland, it promises privacy, serenity, and endless opportunities for outdoor exploration.
The Space
This captivating holiday home offers a seamless connection to nature, with expansive, wall-length windows that flood the open-plan living area with natural light while offering stunning views of the surrounding gardens and bushland beyond.
The living space is designed to be both inviting and cozy, featuring a wood fireplace for those cooler evenings and comfortable areas for relaxation. The heart of the home is the spacious kitchen, ideal for preparing meals to enjoy together. The high raked ceiling in the living areas creates a sense of space, while the wall-length windows provide uninterrupted views of the stunning bushland. The open-plan design effortlessly blends the indoors with the natural world outside, creating an airy and welcoming atmosphere perfect for hosting family and friends.
The home sleeps up to 9 guests across four comfortable bedrooms, with ample space for everyone to unwind. The master bedroom is a luxurious retreat, featuring a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each offer a queen-size bed and built-in wardrobe, providing a restful environment for all guests. The fourth bedroom, the children’s retreat, is a fun and spacious area with 3 single beds, a couch and a cozy wood fireplace, making it an ideal place for kids to relax, play, or even have a little adventure.
Additional amenities include laundry facilities with a washer / dryer for your convenience. There is an expansive lawn area to the north, beautiful gardens and native bush further beyond. There is a well established veggie garden for you to gather up some goodies to add to your home cooked meals.
Nestled perfectly between the beach and town centre, this home offers the best of both worlds. It’s the ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the peaceful bushland setting, while still being just minutes away from local attractions, shops, cafes, and of course, the beach. Wake up to the symphony of native birds, enjoy a peaceful morning coffee on the deck, or take a scenic walk through the property – the possibilities for relaxation and outdoor adventures are endless.

Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.
Property Fee: Please note that the property fee is the Cleaning & linen fee, it says 'pay at property' however this amount will be charged to you when the amount is taken for your booking. We offer self check-in accommodation and do not have facilities where we can take payment at the property.
Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.
Studio: There is a studio on the property, that will be tenanted. The studio has its own road, away from the private main house.
