Sunshine Shack is a perfect beach holiday house featuring open plan living with a seamless blend of comfort and style. The design prioritizes spaciousness, with a combined living, dining, and kitchen area filled with natural light from the large windows.

Sunshine Shack is only a short 300 metres walk from the beach and only a short drive to Umina and Ettalong Beach town centres with cafes, restaurants, weekend markets, cinemas and shops. There is plenty of activities for the whole family including fishing, bushwalking, skating, bike riding, pelican feeding, swimming and much more.

The house features 3 large bedrooms all with queen beds.

* Kitchen with electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge
* Covered outdoor patio with gas BBQ, and outdoor setting
* Short 5-minute drive to Umina and Ettalong; weekend markets, cinemas, eateries, ferry service
* Bathroom has a shower over the bath and toilet.
* Internal laundry with washing machine and dryer

Good location

The location of the house is great just a few minutes walk from the dog friendly Umina beach and short drive to Pearl beach and Patonga. The house itself is as described and fit us (4 adults, 2 kids and a dog) comfortably. The beds were quite uncomfortable (and one of them unstable) though and the check-in process with the property manager quite cumbersome.

The shack is great. What was missing was real coffee making facilities like a plunger or pods. There were no steak knives even though there is a bbq. The ceiling fans did not operate and need their remote batteries changed.
