Whether vacation or business trip, enjoy your time in a particularly stylishly furnished apartment with comfortable furnishings. You will lack nothing.

Also ideal for visitors to the Friedrichshafen trade fair.
Simply take the exhibition bus directly to the exhibition center.

You can also expect a little attention so that you can feel comfortable immediately after your arrival.

Directly from your domicile, you can get a first impression of Lake Constance with a view of the Pfänder and the Alps.

Or how about a glass of Lake Constance wine? Just a few steps and you stroll along the shore of Lake Constance with numerous bars and restaurants.
You can reach the old town with its shops and restaurants in a few minutes.
Enjoy the fresh Lake Constance specialties at the weekly and gourmet market or in one of the many restaurants.

At the port station (approx. 10 minutes on foot), you can watch the ships entering and leaving. Maybe you go on a catamaran trip to Constance.
Ships and ferries take you to the most beautiful destinations in Lake Constance and the Rhine, as well as to Austria and Switzerland.

Take advantage of the city's cultural offerings, very close to you in the Graf-Zeppelinhaus, the castle church or directly on the shores of Lake Constance.

Water sports fans, and those who want to become one, will find a full range of sailing, surfing, paddling, motor boating and water skiing and diving opportunities all around the lake.
If you do not have your own boat (with you), you will find the addresses of charterers or the possibility of sailing.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung war modern eingerichtet, hell, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Balkon mit Blick auf den Bodensee und den Yachthafen. Zentrale Lage, alles war in der Nähe und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und es wurde uns alles in der Wohnung erklärt. Für den Anfang des Urlaubs waren sogar Getränke und Obst bereitgestellt. Unser Fazit : Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wohnung absolut top, sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, vom Balkon schöne Aussicht auf Bodensee, sogar an ein Fernglas wurde gedacht. Bei Ankunft warteten frische Blumen, Obst, 2 Flaschen Wasser und 1 Flasche Bodensee-Wein auf uns. Sehr nett vom Gastgeber. Mit Frühstück auf Balkon fängt der Tag gut an und abends mit einem Glas Wein endet er genauso schön mit der Aussicht bis zu den Bergen. Super Lage. Bodensee, Zug und Bus nur 5 Minuten entfermt. Auto wurde nur zur Anreise und Abreise genutzt, alle Ausflugsziele mit Zug und Bus erreichbar und mit der Echt-Bodensee-Card sogar kostenfrei. Diese erhielten wir bei Ankunft vom Gastgeber.Fazit: alles super toll, Wohnung und gesamte Bodensee-Region absolut empfehlenswert!!!!!

phantastischer Blick

Die Wohnung ist umfassend ausgestattet (bis hin zu einem Fernglas, mit dem sich die Boote auf dem Bodensee und die Berge der Schweiz genauer betrachten lassen) mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf den Bodensee. Vom nahegelegenen Bahnhof kann man mit Bus und Bahn leicht fast alle touristischen Ziele des Bodensees erreichen. Sehr nette Vermieter. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Alllllles, wirklich alles ist vorhanden

Bis auf das Wetter war die Woche klasse. Wir hatten in der Wohnung alles, was wir sonst immer vermissen....genügend Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Bücher, Gewürze, Duschcreme und Shampoo, Toilettenartikel u Papier, kleiner Laptop, eine Flasche Wein + Wasser, Waschmaschine mit Waschpulver, Spülmaschine mit Taps.....und und und. Bäcker + Rewe 50m entfernt. Einzig: jetzt im Hochsommer ist viel los am Bodensee , an der Promenade und den Restaurants, alles direkt vor der Tür - deshalb ist auch spätabends noch " Krach ". Wenn man das Fenster schließt, alles in Ordnung. Der Balkon hat eine SUPERAUSSICHT. Gebührenpflichtiger Parkplatz ist hinter dem Haus.

Mehr als zufrieden!!!

Im Vorfeld der Reise hat uns die Agentur mit einen falschen Status (Reise storniert) eingestuft, obwohl die Anzahlung geleistet wurde. Dies wurde von uns nur zufällig bemerkt und wir konnten diesen Fehler mit der besonders hilfsbereiten Gastgeberfamilie Barton ausräumen. Der Urlaub selbst war sehr erholsam, haben einiges unternehmen können, weil Wetter teilweise gut.

Wohl fühlen von Anfang an

Die Gastgeber begrüßten uns sehr freundlich und aufmerksam in einer hellen, komfortablen und großzügigen Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf den Bodensee. Durch die zentrale Lage konnten wir mit dem Rad, dem Auto oder zu Fuß alle bekannten Attraktionen in der Region erreichen. Sehr gelungener Erholungsurlaub

Schnelles, unkompliziertes Check-in, angenehme Vermieter. Die Wohung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingrichtet (z.B. Schallschutzfenster mit Fliegengittern und automatische Rollos). Am Anreisetag hatten wir frisches Obst und Blumen in der Wohnung, und Im Kühlschrank waren Getränke gelagert. Der sehr zentral gelegnen Wohnung (ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker ist wirklich nur "um die Ecke", und zur Uferpromenade sind es nur wenige Gehnminuten) gegenüber befindet sich ein Biergarten, und es kann daher -sofern man den Balkon nutzen möchte- zu den Öffnungszeiten etwas lauter sein kann.

Sehr schöne Wohnung direkt an der Strandpromenade

Man hat vom Balkon aus eine schöne Aussicht auf den Bodensee und Strandpromenade bzw. Yachthafen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, sogar einen Aufzug. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Können wir nur empfehlen.

Ein wunderschöner Herbsturlaub

Fam. Barton hat eine wunderschöne FeWo mit direktem Blick auf den Bodensee. Es war herrlich, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns gut erholt. Hervorragende Lage

Eine Fewrienwohnung wie zu Hause. Im 3.Stock, aber kein Problem , es ist ein Aufzug vorhanden. Schöne Sicht zum See und eine hervorragende Lage.
