Excellent location and a great apartment close to many amenities. The communication with Erin was excellent and we hope to stay again. I highly recommend this apartment which was easy to locate and access. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.
We were pleasantly surprised by this property. The apartment has everything you need and the manager is amazing. When we first arrived, there was an unpleasant smell, and the manager took care of it right away. They were very kind and easy to communicate with, I did not give it five stars because the bed was slightly uncomfortable, the air conditioning wasn’t great in the bedroom and the curtains in the bedroom were very sheer, which made it hard for my one year-old to stay asleep. That being said, when we are in New Mexico again, we know where we will be staying. We cannot wait to come back.
Grateful for the opportunity to stay here! My husband and I stayed for 1.5 months while I was recovering from surgery and we really enjoyed the space. When we arrived, there were several repairs that were needed - I notified the owners and they immediately offered to send someone over. They were very responsive and kind.
I might encourage folks who are sound sensitive to search for another place to stay - this unit is located across from an elementary school, so during the school year one will hear bells chiming, announcements, and children hollering all day long Monday through Friday. It also creates a lot of traffic at certain times right in front of the units. Secondly, the gate to the courtyard is made of metal and slams very loudly anytime someone enters or exits which happens at all hours of the day and night. Beyond that, though, it was a relatively peaceful place to stay.
I also suggest bringing a sleep mask if you choose to stay here, as the curtains in the bedroom are sheer and let in very bright light from the next door neighbor's place which turns on and off sporadically at night. Since we were staying such a long time, we actually bought blackout curtains to go over the sheer curtains that were already there and that took care of the issue.
Very clean, easy check in and quiet at night. Hosts were very kind when I had to make a last minute change and went out of their way to help. Recommended!
