Comfortable Home in the Comox Valley

Welcome to the Pridy Guest Suite! Located on Pridy Road in Comox, this quiet neighbourhood is close to nature and amenities. It is a quick 3 minute drive to the Comox Airport (YQQ) and a 5 minute drive to the Comox (Little River) Ferry terminal. It is also only a few-minutes-drive from the Kye Bay beach and Seal Bay Regional Nature Park. Experience the Comox Valley’s multiple golf courses, wineries, and breweries, and the suite is only 15 minutes away from the base of Mount Washington.

This cozy anx spacious 1000+ sq. ft. suite has two large bedrooms, a living/dining room, and a full kitchen. The large spacious living room has a dining nook with board games and complementary Roku TV. Free high-speed internet is provided. The kitchen comes completely stocked with everything needed to create wonderful meals, including cookware, a slow cooker, utensils, dishwasher, basic seasonings and oils, and more. The kitchen is accompanied with a barista station with french press, keurig, coffee, and tea. The suite includes one bathroom with a stall shower stocked with toiletries and towels. The two bedrooms have queen beds and ample storage space for luggage.

Guests have a private driveway, entrance, and yard space. There is also street parking for multiple vehicles if needed. The suite is pet friendly for house-trained dogs or cats. The suite is self-check-in with two keys provided.

A clothes washer and dryer are available on request for stays longer than 3 nights with a one-time $20 fee. Bookings longer than a week are subject to a $20/wk laundry fee. Laundry is shared with the hosts, so laundry dates are arranged on a custom basis for your needs.

Since we seldom enter the suite besides to help guests, we have a wireless thermostat in the main room to monitor the house between guests or over the winter for freezing. We also have leak sensors near plumbing to alert us of any spills.

Our home has external security cameras, but only one camera is under the deck by the suite.

Great little place to stay. Neat and tidy, great decorations and thoughtful additions to the space. Perfect for my little family to travel. Having 2 rooms with queen size beds was very helpful and the extra pillows and blankets were very appreciated. Owen was always quick to respond too. Great, cozy place

We loved our stay at Tatiana and Owen’s place! Everything was very clean and the decor was lovely. Any instructions around the place were very clear, I appreciated how things were labelled. Great place to stay

We were 5 adults and 2 children for 2 nights, and 3 adults and 2 children for another 2 nights. It is close to the airport which helped with pickup and departure for 2 of the adults. Pridy Guest Suite is a well furnished and designed home away from home. Everything we needed was there, and cupboards and drawers were labelled well so easy to find what we needed. Nice selection of games, indoor and out; books available; blankets to curl up in on the couch; laundry available for fee.

Pridy guest house stay

Our family met here to cheer on our daughter, who was involved in the sea to surf race this weekend. We had a lovely stay and found the suite to be very comfortable. I had brought over what we needed to make dinner and we shared a lovely meal in the suite. The kitchen is great and has everything you need. I would definitely recommend! Dog friendly too :)
