About this property

Welcome to our cozy, newly updated 700 sq ft coach house. Each room in the suite looks over lush garden and forest views. There is a large private patio with table and chairs overlooking your own yard area. Hardwood flooring throughout the suite, base heaters and electric fireplace warm the space immediately. Our large kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, utensils and appliances you could need and some basic spices, cooking oil and condiments. The full fridge and freezer is great to accomodate a full grocery shop and the breakfast bar is located beside the kitchen. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and 3 dressers for storage, while the designer futon in the living area can sleep 2 extra guests. A 4-piece bathroom with soaker tub is a nice treat as well as child friendly amenities available by request. Most importantly our own loving touch and local art has been added to this very special space.

Perfect in every way

Absolutely incredible at an extremely reasonable price. I was only here very briefly, putting in time before a 5:45 am flight out of Comox, but I would definitely recommend for a longer stay. The one-bedroom suite is spacious, cozy, and private, with a roomy and very well-equipped litchen. The outside balcony is adorable - wish I could have stayed to have coffee on it. The hosts, Cameron and Michele.

Good for a quick visit/stay

Very cosy and nestled in a beautiful property, but found the bed very hard and sadly there was no creamer or sugar for the coffee But for one night, the price was a good deal!

Well equipped rural spot

This was my second time at Dancing Trees and it felt like coming home. Situated in a quiet rural subdivision, the suite is clean, thoughtfully decorated and features a well stocked kitchen for those who like to prepare their own meals. Hosts are communicative and welcoming!

Very receptive.

Very clean and thoughtfully equipped. Close to airport. (Good to have a car gor getting about town). Host is very responsive and lovely.

What makes this property unique

Our private guest suite is separate from our house, in a carriage suite above our detached garage. Surrounded by pine and cedar trees, as well as many other lush plants we’ve added to our gardens, we are sure you will feel like you are on a relaxing forest get-away in our little oasis!
