North Vancouver Rental - Block Away From Ocean

Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom North Vancouver retreat. This charming apartment feature 2 queen size beds, 3 double beds and 3 extra queen size air mattresses, providing a ample space for up to 15 guests. Living room has extra 2 sofas that can be used for extra guests.

Living room and second bedroom features a 55-inch TV. Kitchen area is fully equipped for cooking and baking. Bathroom is fully stocked with washer/dryer - has shower and a hairdryer for your convenience . It is perfect for a lovely stay with friends or family.

Apartment is totally separated from the main house. Has separate entrance on the right side of the house and it is not shared with any other guests. Entire unit with laundry and kitchen its yours and has only one key that you will take from lock box.

Plenty of parking spaces on the left side of fountain.
Pets are allowed.

Great location

Everything was great about our stay. The listing states an ocean view. I’m sure that’s true for the actual house, but this is a basement apartment and provides no ocean view. We didn’t choose this home for the view, though, so we didn’t mind.

Nice location

Nice location and a friendly, responsive host, but there were issues. The listing said it slept 8, but the bedrooms (single, queen, queen with pull-out bunk) were tight for our group. There were spiders and dead bugs, and no broom, vacuum, or garbage bags provided, which made cleaning difficult. With better pest control, clearer descriptions, and basic supplies, it could be a much better stay.
