The bedrooms and bathrooms are more spacious than they appear in the pictures. The outdoor seating areas (front and back) were an unexpected treat. And the host added lots of thoughtful details throughout the house. A wonderful space for a family vacation!

I love this property. The house was great. Plenty of room for 7 of us. We were within walking distance to old Pasadena (I recommend a walk for coffee if you’re ever there). Minutes to the Rose Bowl as well. The host was the best host I’ve ever had. Communication was amazing. She was considerate and accommodating. It was so perfect. I highly recommend this property.

The home is clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need, including spices, high-quality appliances, and excellent cookware and cutlery, making it easy and enjoyable to cook away from home. The bedrooms are inviting, with quality mattresses, soft linens, and ample dresser and closet space that made settling in effortless. We especially enjoyed having coffee on the porch each morning, and the fully fenced yard gave us peace of mind while the kids played safely outside. We will certainly be coming back!

The property exceeded expectations. Aside from it being extremely comfortable, perfect location, and well maintained, all of the little touches and amenities within the home were absolutely perfect. I didn’t quite know what to expect, but I’m glad we chose this home for our much needed family vacation. The walkable neighborhood was perfect for our morning coffee walks, which, is also in walking distance to great restaurants in downtown and the stunning Pasadena City Hall.

Perfect home for a family! We came into town for a wedding and loved staying here. So close to so many things to do with a family. The home was set up perfect for our family and the primary bedroom closet fit a pack n play perfectly! The owners were also so sweet and informative. They have done a great job at creating a welcoming home away from home.

Convenient, cozy stay in Pasadena

We were delighted to find such a great house within walking distance to the Rose Bowl and close to downtown Pasadena. The house was clean, comfortable and perfect for our group of three. The kitchen had everything we needed too. Our host, Linda, was wonderful and went above and beyond to accommodate us (the snacks were such a nice touch — thank you!).

Evolve: Please post this as a private feedback message and not a public post. Hi Jenny, Apologies for the late reply as I have been out of town. We discovered after you had left, that the culprit was the carbon monoxide detector. I am so sorry that it disturbed your time at our property.

GREAT STAY!!!

The house is new, clean and centrally located in Pasadena. The manager, Roger, is easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions we had prior and during our stay. Unlike other rental properties they supplied new seasonings for cooking and had a welcome basket of treats, cookies, popcorn and snack bars. We had 5 adults staying for a 4 day family event. It was super convenient location to our events in Pasadena and La Canada.Parking in Pasadena is unique. If more than one car, be sure to purchase a parking pass. The info is given in the packet once you’ve rented the house. It’s easy and super inexpensive, you can buy pass online. Will definitely rent again!

Spacious Home

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The owner, who was available in the attached unit, was extremely nice. While not in the heart of downtown, it is very convenient. There are many amenities within a very short walking distance (Starbucks, supermarket, subway sandwiches). Plus, you can walk to pasadena's best restaurant row on Union street in about 10-15 minutes. We noticed that people walked to the rose bowl from the neighborhood for events and to do daily runs.

Everything was perfect! Linda and Roger were highly communicative and gracious hosts! The space is well-decorated and designed. Bedrooms were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen is full stocked. We were able to make ourselves some meals to save on the money we wanted to spend on concert merch! We planned to go down early, but were so comfortable and relaxed in our space that we spent the whole afternoon at the house! Best of all, it was an enjoyable walk to and from the Rose Bowl. We came back to find people waiting on our corner for their Ubers! Highly recommend!

Great home, rude property manager.

The property was lovely, the owner of the home was kind and came past to welcome us. They seem to use a separate property management company that was rude and unprofessional. They overbooked on the last day and we had to rush out after being informed via text at 11 pm at night that the extended stay offered to us was no longer available and that they were expecting a new guest to check-in at 11:30 am. Just 30 minutes after our scheduled check-out time. The owner offered a separate adjacent property if needed but we were okay with the regular check-out time. However, the cleaning person came in without knocking ten minutes prior to check out as we were getting ready to leave which was inappropriate and caught us off guard. The experience dealing with the property manager, Ron really put a damper on what otherwise was a joyful experience. However the owner of the home was very kind and I wish all great things for her and her family.

From the owner: "Hi Kari, I truly apologize for the delay in getting back to you. I’m very sorry for what happened, as it was the result of a miscommunication between me and the building manager, and I take full responsibility. I’m grateful for your kind words about your stay and truly appreciate your understanding. If you decide to stay with us again, I’d be delighted to make special arrangements to ensure your experience is exceptional."
