Awesome place with great hosts love the property and was very spacious for my group of 10. The hot tub and pool are also very big and nice. Highly recommend the spot.

Great family friendly lay out

We had a fantastic time with all our nephews, nieces, and siblings! Not only is it located central to all the amazing natural views by but it’s close to all the fun family amusements too. Check in was a breeze, and the kitchen was fully stocked so there was no late night run to get cups or silverware. We especially loved the river and were able to get down and play in it! Thank you for allowing us to make memories at your beautiful condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The townhome is in a perfect location, close to Clark’s, Whales Tales, and the Kancamagus. It was clean and spacious. You could walk to fresh tracks in the morning for a coffee or enjoy dinner at Black Mountain Burger and walk back home. The outdoor pool was great. At one point we were the only family using it. It was a great vacation.
