Stephen's bay offers 2 beaches within an easy walk. Launch your boat, swim, kayak. The track to the northeast leads to Dummy Bay or continue to Kaiteri.

Master bedroom king bed, ensuite. The open plan dining/living area has a woodburner and heat pump/air con. Modern kitchen, living area flows out to private garden /BBq area +outdoor fire, pizza oven. Downstairs 2 Queen bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and heatpump. Garage is NOT available for guest use.

NB steep internal stairs for children
