Sehr schönes Haus mit Terrasse und Blumengarten

Der Austausch vor unserem Aufenthalt lief ausgezeichnet, Sophie hat uns mit einem Kuchen empfangen. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Besonders gut hat uns die Terrasse gefallen, auf der wir jeden Tag gefrühstückt haben. Wir haben uns für den gesamten Urlaub Fahrräder gemietet und konnten dadurch alles gut erreichen. Sowohl das schöne Örtchen Biarritz als auch die tollen Strände von Anglet. Supermarkt und kleinere Läden sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir werden sicher nochmal hinfahren.

Schönes Haus für vier Personen mit sehr guter Ausstattung und guter Lage

Der Vermieter nahm uns zur verabredeten Zeit freundlich in Empfang und erklärte die Details der Wohnung ausführlich. Kommunikation über WhatsApp jederzeit leicht möglich. Kostenfreies Parken auf der Straße. Meist direkt vor der Haustür möglich. Nur manchmal war parken in 3-4 Häusern Entfernung notwendig. Zum Zentrum und Grand Plage ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg. Zurück etwas länger, das es leicht bergauf geht. Alternativ können tagsüber die kostenfreien Elektrostadtbussen genutzt werden. Haltestellen der „Navettes“ in ca. 300m Entfernung vom Haus. Später am Abend oder am Morgen sind wir auch mit dem Auto zum Strand gefahren. Sehr früh fanden sich z.B. am Plage de Port Vieux kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten. Sehr gemütliches Haus. Viele Handtücher. Klimaanlage in den unteren Räumen war sehr hilfreich, da es auch im September noch sehr heiß war. Küche mit guten Geräten, Geschirr und Besteck komplett ausgestattet. Auch die Möblierung ist wertig und trägt zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt bei. 2 Bäder mit WC und Dusche. Eins im 1.OG, eins im EG. Helle Räume im EG sind größer als es auf den Bildern erscheint. Terasse ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und ladet zum Verweilen ein. Betten bequem. Gegend ist abends ruhig mit wenig Verkehr. 100% Weiterempfehlung.

Nice place to stay only a short walk from town and beaches

The house is really nice with a lovely garden and Sophie is a great host. It’s just far enough away from town and braces to be peaceful but close enough that a 15-20 minute walk gets you where you need to be. Great place to stay.

Belle semaine de vacances

Nous avons passé un super séjour sur Biarritz dans cette maison entièrement rénovée avec goût et bien équipée. Bien située dans un quartier calme, pour le peu que vous aimiez marcher un petit peu (Ce qui est notre cas). Propriétaires adorables et disponibles.
