As part of experiencing Australia’s natural environment, you may occasionally encounter household pests such as ants, cockroaches, flies, lizards, snakes, or spiders—particularly in the warmer spring and summer months. We take regular preventative measures, including spring cleaning, pest control treatments, and secure food storage, to minimise their presence. However, from time to time they may still appear. If this happens during your stay, you’re welcome to use the bug spray provided in the kitchen, or simply reach out to us and we’ll be glad to assist.

What a fantastic location and house for our Perth adventure. Local amenities were perfect. We were 10 mins from the ferry to go into the city and not far to get to the freeway for heading North or South of the city. Our hosts were very responsive to our questions and we would highly recommend the house for families travelling to Perth for a vacation
