Chalet "feet in the water" 25 metres from the river Coly, 8 kms from the caves of MONTIGNAC LASCAUX in Dordogne
, near Sarlat, the prehistoric centre of Les Eyzies, the castles of Beynac, Losse, Hautefort, Joséphine Backer's Milandes and the rivers of Coly, Vézère or Dordogne, where you can practice canoeing, swimming, mountain biking, cycling, hiking and the discovery of our beautiful Périgord and its many gastronomic flavours (foie gras, truffles, Sarladaise apples, Monbazillac wines, Pécharmant).
The rental of the independent chalet of 35 square metres includes a petanque court, a canoe, a ping-pong table, a barbecue, a shaded terrace in
25 square metre travertine stone

Cleaning must be done by the tenants when they leave. A deposit for cleaning will be requested on arrival (100€ in cash), which will be returned on their exit if this condition is respected. That is to say clean as when you arrived.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans le chalet. Nous n avons pas eu de chance car à cause de la chaleur la baignade était impossible par manque d eau . Nous nous sommes donc baigner en rivière ou dans un lac mais avec de la route à chaque fois ( entre 30 et 45 min ). La chambre pour enfant est un peu petite pour des ados. Très bonne communication avec Dominique sur notre arrivée mais aussi pour le linge de maison fourni ( top !!) Ou encore les lieux de baignade ou producteurs locaux.

Le logement est conforme a la description. Idéal pour des vacances en famille, avec le jardin, la table de ping-pong, le terrain de pétanque, et surtout le bassin naturel super agréable pour se rafraichir et nager. Propriétaire très sympa!

Superbe endroit

Le cadre est vraiment très agréable : calme, ombragé, en pleine nature. L'accès direct à la rivière depuis le jardin est particulièrement appréciable, surtout en période de fortes chaleurs.

Une location très agréable

Le chalet est situé sur un grand terrain ombragé, au calme, près de la rivière. Il dispose d'une très grande terrasse, bien agréable au sortir de l'eau. Une belle location en famille.
