Cool Breeze boasts a beautiful contemporary floor plan with open concept entertaining area. 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing ample room for up to 7 guests.

Covered front porch faces South canals & Galveston State Park. Outdoor dining, Charcoal Grill and Outdoor Refrigerator available.
Short golf cart ride to the Beach! Boat launch has a fee of $12.00 a day - Please let our office know if you will be purchasing a launch permit.
Community pool and park in Jamaica Beach. The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; Purchase a pool pass at the pool.

Overall cute property but when telling management about kayaks literally " sinking " and having to be rescued by the friendly neighbors, apparently this has happened before and owner has done nothing about it.
