The house was perfect for some college friends spending a few days back on campus. We were near great food but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, good for walking. Would stay again.

Amazing stay

Our family enjoyed this house for spring break. Perfectly located near or a short drive to everything we had planned for our trip. The house was perfect for our needs and was decorated so cute. The back yard porch, swimming pool and games were so nice to have after a long day to relax. We will definitely be back.

We were so pleased with this stay! Everything was exactly like the picture (actually, there was a surprise 3rd bathroom which was awesome). The backyard was absolutely amazing. We paid to have the pool heated and it was perfectly comfortable. The neighborhood was in a great area (well maintained, safe, walkable). Communication with the management team was great.We hope to rent this house again!

Graduation stay in Scottsdale

The house was very nice. Location was great. Very safe , nice neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable. The backyard was wonderful. Sun was great when enjoying the pool but got some shade in the evening. We loved the pool, cornhole and putting green. The only thing that I really needed were some cotton sheets. All of the linens were polyester. If you sleep hot like me, polyester sheets are not good.They tried to find some in their stock for me but no luck. Other than that it was fabulous.

This one-star review was left without any explanation or feedback regarding the home or the guest’s stay. Unfortunately, it was posted after we contacted the guest regarding multiple issues discovered following checkout. We had clear, time-stamped documentation of the property’s condition immediately prior to arrival and attempted to address the matter professionally, but the guest denied responsibility and became hostile when presented with the documentation. It’s disappointing to receive a one-star rating seemingly in response to being held accountable for damage rather than as a reflection of the property or guest experience. Situations like this are precisely why we have since implemented a damage deposit for VRBO reservations—to better protect our homeowners while continuing to provide a high-quality experience for responsible guests.
