We found the facility clean, comfortable, and quiet. The only issue we had was the slippery tub/shower. We are seniors and would recommend a tub mat and a grab bar to aid in safe access to tub and showerWe found the location excellent for our needs. Thank you.
I highly recommending this place. Clean, well organized and have near by Save on Foods and other shops. The host did a very good job for a nice accommodation. Only 25 minutes drive away from downtown Victoria. I was happy with my stay. I am looking forward to my next stay in a new future!

Thank you Natalya, I am glad you enjoyed your stay and would be happy to host you again anytime.
For us, we just needed a quiet place to sleep while visiting Victoria for a hockey tournament. Host was prepared and the place was clean and quiet. Great price point as well.
Place was perfect for us. Within 5 mins of everywhere we needed to go. Was greatful it was not too hot or we may have been missing AC or needed more than one fan. We were there 3 nights. Great place, great price and would recommend to others.
I enjoyed our stay and appreciate the location/ amenities. However, I did notice that some areas like all baseboards and the bathroom wall tile around the sink could use a deeper clean. Upon our arrival there was quite a bit of noise upstairs which made it hard to relax but settled after dinner. A bit of extra attention there would really improve the overall experience. Thank you for hosting.

Property is clean nice etc. However it is not "entire place with 1 bedroom". You could interpreted it like that, but the whole place is just a very small room, just 1 room. That's it. Yes, you can call it entire place 1 bedroom, or you could call it "a small room".
That "a small" room however is very clean, renovated, convenient, etc, and the host is nice and helpful.
