❗ No BBQ at the property
❗ If you're considering bringing a pet please message host for approval before booking. The home is pet secure but the yard is not fully fenced. Only small pets allowed upon application.
❗ No Parties policy. Please note that the double garage will be locked as it is used as a storage room for cleaners. There are plenty of parking spaces available at the property.
❗ This is a beautiful space to recharge and rejuvenate with friends and family. However, for the love and respect of our neighbours, it is important to note that NO parties are allowed.
❗ The house is located in a quiet residential area, so no parties or large gathering outside the number of guests booked are permitted. When sitting outside in the evening, we would ask that you respect the neighbours by keeping voices low, and where possible move inside after 8pm.
