Noise: Please be aware the property is NOT a party house and will be strictly adhered to. Please be considerate of neighbours and restrict noise after 10pm. If excessive noise does occur, we will be notified and take action accordingly.
Number of guests: The number of guests must not exceed the number agreed to at the time of booking.
