The Space:
Farmhouse 2 at Coffs by Tiny Away is just 10 minutes from the coastal city of Coffs Harbour in Boambee East. It’s a peaceful getaway surrounded by lush greenery and a man-made dam. This tiny house sits next to Boambee Creek, with a walking and cycling path leading to Sawtell Beach and Coffs Harbour Waterfront.

Explore nearby attractions like the Coffs Harbour Butterfly House, The Big Banana Fun Park, and the Muttonbird Island Nature Reserve. Spot koalas in the riverbank trees and enjoy the countryside setting away from the city.

A cozy 139-square-foot accommodation in Coff's charming holiday homes, offering easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home, "Farmhouse 1 at Coffs," available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.

The distance between the two holiday homes is about 100 meters, and they are visually separated by trees, etc.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the tiny home and its immediate surroundings, with the exception of the main residence and the garages. Please do not access Boambee Creek from the property, as there is no proper access.

The Neighborhood:
Farmhouse 2 at Coffs by Tiny Away is located just 10 minutes from Coffs Harbour, in the suburbs of Boambee East. The ideal tiny home, providing a laid-back, local vibe where guests can fully immerse themselves in the seaside experience.

While Coffs Harbour is known for its coastal charm and outdoor attractions, the farm stay's close proximity to the Waterfall Way and the Solitary Islands Marine Park places it in the heart of diverse natural landscapes.

For the adventurers: Sawtell Beach is great for swimming, surfing, and relaxing. From September to April, lifeguards patrol daily. Sailors Bay at the southern end offers calm waters, rock pools, and a boat ramp. The Coffs Harbour Butterfly House lets you stroll through a subtropical rainforest filled with Australian butterflies. The Big Banana Fun Park offers a variety of attractions, including toboggan rides, mini-golf, laser tag, water slides, and a 4D movie experience.

At Niigi Niigi, you can enjoy sweeping coastal views at Sealy Lookout and the Forest Sky Pier. Muttonbird Island Nature Reserve offers striking views of the Solitary Islands and is home to migratory wedge-tailed shearwaters and important Aboriginal heritage.

- Firewood provided for free
- Gas BBQ grill is available
- Highway noise is minimal at night
- Smoking is allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Mobile reception has good signals for all telco lines
- There are friendly dogs and horses on the property
- Be cautious when entering and exiting the property as you transition from an 80km/h zone
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Important note:

- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
