Holiday accommodation in Emerald Beach, dog-friendly, 10mn from Coffs Harbour, NSW, between Brisbane and Sydney, a minute off Highway 1. The accomodation is only a 10-minute walk to 3 gorgeous beaches.
The place has one bedroom including a queen bed and a single bed , fully equipped kitchenette, an alfresco dinning area with BBQ and gaz stove and a microwave oven. Parking spot is just in front of the studio. Freshly renovated bathroom with shower, and WC. The studio is a 5-minute walk to the local takeaway, coffee shop, restaurant and bottle shop. The suburb is quiet and peaceful .
The fully self-contained unit is private and has its own entrance and back terrace. Includes fast unlimited WiFi. Dog-friendly, We welcome well-house-trained and quiet dogs ONLY ! NO BARKING DOGS ! NO PUPPIES ( your dog must be older than 1 year old ) ! NO CATS !

Remember that we allowed you to come with your dog, it is your responsability to clean the back yard of your dog poo, be considerate to the next people, if not done it will appear in the review.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
For dog owner :don't let your dog on the sofa and pick up your dog's poo from the yard before departure or a fee of 30$ will apply.
Any damage or breakage must be reported and will be at the guest' s cost.owner is responsible for damage done by their dog

Emerald Beach holiday

The property is located very close to Emerald Beach which has a large dog friendly section, yet it is not too far to drive to Coffs Harbour. Everything was super clean and the host was thoughtful and kind. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice and tidy spot to stay. Close to cafes and beach. Should probably state in overview before booking that youre not allowed to leave your dog there unsupervised. Apart from the weather a perfect stay

Wonderful stay apart from Mother Nature. Rain, wind and then more rain. 😢 luckily we had a cosy, clean place to stay. Our host Isa and hubby were great with nothing being a bother. Our fur kids loved having a back and front yard. When it wasn’t raining we had a comfortable stroll to the beach and shops.Booking our next stay soon.

Very high step into flat ( this could be reduced to make access easier and in the yard the steps had no handrail. Bathroom very tight had to leave the door open. Also TV reception was terrible - might be time to upgrade to a smart TV. On the whole it is a nice flat very comfortable, very clean and well equipped.

We often holiday around the Emerald Beach area and have rented a range of accommodation over the years. We found Isabelle's 'Emerald pad' on-line and were very happy with our 2 week stay. The unit is spacious and thoughtfully decorated. The lounge is so..... comfortable - we spent some lazy afternoons reading and resting. Cooking facilities were outside with a webber and a stove. Lots of fun eating outside in the garden. The unit is under the house and has a constant cool through breeze for hot afternoons. Very comfortable and peaceful stay.

After living in many places I choose Coffs coast, and particularly Emerald Beach for the beauty of the beaches and its unique and amazing community. I worked as a dentist in french countries, and since the 2020 I am a certified kundalini yoga teacher.I also studied neurosciences and I am now certified as a coach specialized in motivational neurosciences from INA (institute of applied neurosciences from PARIS).

Why they chose this property

The studio has been designed so that you are totally independent, with a private entrance and a parking spot just in front of the studio. It comfortably fits a family of 4. It is dog friendly, quiet, comfortable and it has a beach holiday feel about it.

What makes this property unique

You will enjoy a wonderfull night sleep as the queen bed is equipped with a brand new king Koil mattress that provides a good support. Whether you are a light sleeper or you have a back issue it was important for us to make sure that you enjoy a good night sleep while staying in the studio
Everybody loves Emerald Beach as it is unique for its beautiful and friendly community. It is a fantastic location in a quiet suburb.Within a short distance you can access 3 gorgeous beaches, one of which is dog friendly. You 'll be a short walk to a coffee shop, a pizza shop, 2 restaurants, and a take away, convenience store and a bottle shop,and of course a well known surf spot .
