About this property

Lividig lagoons

Completelyly new built 2021 house (120m2 single storey house), located at 150m from the beach and from the famous GR34 hiking trail .
The house is divided in 3 parts (blocks), two blocks composed by two bedrooms with one bathroom and WC, at each extremety of the house, connected to a centre space (60m2) including kitchen, living room and dining room. This centre space can be completly (large full access sliding window (4m)) opened out to a south-west facing terrace (100m2) and its privated heated wimming pool.
The garden is completly enclosed for children or your little dog safety.
A 25m2 garage including a washing machine, a clothes dryer, and an additional fridge, could offer you a storage space for your bicycles or other equipments.
Recent single-storey house, located 150m from the sea and the GR34.
Come and enjoy a spacious living room combining modernity and character and opening onto a 100m2 terrace with heated swimming pool.
Everyone will find their own space between the 2 sleeping areas (including a PRM area) each containing 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room and toilets.
The garden is wooded and enclosed.

Bed linen and towels are provided for stays of more than 5 nights. For stays of less than 5 nights, count 10€/bed.
Cleaning is extra (150€).
A deposit of 500€ is required on arrival.
