The Sullivan Suite is our thoughtfully remodelled 5-bedroom, 5-bath farmhouse on a private 5-acre hilltop in Gros Morne National Park. It's 10 minutes from the Green Gardens Trail, Eastern Point Trail, and Tablelands Trail.

This rare home has 360 views of Trout River, Elephant Head Mountain, and The Table Lands. We have arguably one of the best views in Newfoundland!

The Home
We have taken pride in creating this peaceful hilltop retreat. The charming and spacious two-story home, with a partially covered wrap-around porch, is designed for comfort and relaxation. This home is equipped to host 12 people; we think a perfect size is 6-8. We are happy to host all 12 but remember, it will be a little cozier.

Main Level:

- As you step inside, you're greeted by new flooring, and the walls are painted soothing alabaster white with accent walls coloured cascade.
- The main level features a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a spacious king-size bed with a memory foam mattress.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking and modern amenities, including a dishwasher and plenty of counter space.
- There's a dedicated music and game room for leisure and entertainment. This room has musical instruments, comfortable seating, and many board games.
- Sliding doors lead to the newly constructed 9-foot by 40-foot covered deck. This expansive outdoor living space is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the serene mountain views.

Second Floor:

- The second floor is home to four generously sized bedrooms
- Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom for privacy and convenience.
- The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with modern and farmhouse-style decor, offering a cozy and welcoming ambiance.
