The communication with our host was not proper. She didn’t let us know how to check in, we had to wait outside her house for 30 minutes, after driving for more than 7 hours and end up calling expedia customer care to get in contact with her as she didn't left any instructions nor she responded to my messages. The rooms appear bigger in photos. The heat was turned off for the house, it was quite chilly the first night and we could not sleep properly. On top of that, the lights went off in Kitchen, Living and Bathroom the first night. We were 7 people and the main reason we chose this property was 2 bathrooms, but we could not use one of those until they came and fixed it the next day. The most annoying part is the parking on the streets, it used to be packed always, we had to park far so if the property states parking amenity is included it should be in proximity and available at all times. Also, there is no pool as it states in amenities.
