Comfortable Room and Great Location
We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The location was really close to the Higashi Shinjuku Train Station and not far from the Shinjuku Station. There are many convenience stores and grocery spots nearby as well. Communication with the property manager was excellent in delivering check-in information which was easy. They also checked in on us as well through the messager on vrbo. Our room was pretty spacious. we had two comfortable beds, warm blankets and comfy pillows, a working heater/air conditioning unit, ample lighting, good small desk, refrigerator, microwave, mini kitchen, and laundry. Everything worked great. The bathroom is a little small but has a good shower and bathtub. The sink/shower water pressure and temperature works as well with a little figuring out. The toilet work great but not a bidet. The balcony had an extra umbrella and a clothing rack for drying clothes with was a nice feature. Great view and a really fun area to be in. There was construction outside our room for one morning but then it was done after a couple hours. Generally it was very quiet in the building and there was only one night when other guests were loud in the common area but it was brief. For the duration of our stay I worked from home and the internet functioned well for work and zoom calls. This was a very comfortable stay for us compared to staying in tiny business hotels on previous trips. Overall I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity came up again.
