This is a quiet cabin with a very convenient location, 50 km from DBD. Outside the house is the Western Port Hwy A780 with a speed limit of 100 km. It takes 5 minutes to M11, 15 minutes to M1, just 2 minutes to Pearcedale town, 20 minutes to the tourist attraction Mornington peninsula, and 15 minutes to the beach (Frankston). The characteristic here is that there is a primeval forest behind the little house, where wild rabbits often wander around. It is a good place for dog walking and hiking. Shopping is also very convenient. There are towns with shopping centers within 15 km, including Somevile, Frankston, Cranbourne, Langwarrin, Hasting, Carrum Downs, ETC

Liked: Communication, location, listing accuracy
Pros: Nice quiet area. Loved the fenced dog area. Great little cabin. Comfortable couch. Has split system in bedroom. OFI: pillows need updating. Would have loved some outdoor chairs to sit outside. Would have like some info about the area, such as if there was any walking tracks around. Did not use so cannot comment: TV, microwave, oven, washing machine. faint phone signal coverage so not able to get online.
Stayed for a quiet weekend with our dogs, just to get out of the house and it was great. Dogs had fun and we didnt have to worry about them. They roamed the enclosed dog run or we took them on a walk along the track out back. Will definitely come back

It took 45 minutes to access the key lock.
There is little internet access 1 bar on 5G. I could download the owners message but internet would NOT open the step for the access code.
After several attempts I had to call, which took another unnecessary length of time, although the operator was polite.
The cabin was definitely NOT quiet as advertised. There was a constant stream of cars and large vehicles.
Access to the property is not clear. The entrance drive is opposite double white lines on the road.
It is necessary to approach on the same side as the address. OR drive into the next driveway on your left. Before passing the fence line, turn immediate left, parallel to the road between the fence & trees, to the driveway opposite the double lines.
Once entering the gates (at the correct address) there are signs, no entry, private property. NO sign of a cabin!
The amenities were generally clean. The sofa in the bedroom had several stains and watermarks on the arms & back, where it appears to have been stored in a wet area.
Soap provided was well used- unhygienic.
Soap with a pump dispenser would be better.
The bed had a mattress topper✔️
Very thin bottom sheet & NO top sheet between occupant & doona cover. I question if the doona cover is changed every tine occupancy changes.
Unhygienic if not. It left a doubt in my mind.
The kitchen could also do with a bottle & cork opener.
Presentation is very nice but more attention to important details is required.
