Best form of communication is via the VRBO chat and we will respond to you as soon as possible. The phone number attached to our account is strictly for emergencies. This number attached to our account is answered by our property manager and he can help you with any issues with keys or access to the apartment. But please message us first because we are very responsive on the chat.

Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Check-outs are strictly before 10:00 am. Note: If you confirm your booking on the same day as when your reservation begins, there may be a potential delay with check-in. But we will do everything to ensure that you check in on time.

One set of keys is provided during your stay. Any loss or damage to our key/fob is subject to a $200 charge. Keys are locked inside the apartment, if a locksmith is required, it will be the responsibility of the guest to cover the locksmith fees.

Late check outs - our cleaners charge us a late fee for significant delays on check out. If this occurs, a $50/hour fee applies.

Check out - Please take a photo of the keys/fob returned to its location on check out, and send the photo in chat for confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: If a party or any type of gathering which would exceed the maximum number of guests is held within our home, your booking will be cancelled. You will be escorted off the premises, and no refund will be given.
