We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

The customer service was amazing, proactive communication, with regular checks to ensure our stay was going well. The house was perfect for our get-away, the location is great, within walking distance of restaurants and store. Highly recommend.
The A-Frame was cozy, beautifully maintained, and had cool, unique architecture. We had a wonderful time. I wish I could have stayed longer. Communication from the property owners was exceptional.

Perfect Spring Break
We had a blast on Mt. Hood over spring break! We walked to Summit Pass and enjoyed snowboarding every day. It was fun taking the shuttle up to Timberline and snowboarding almost right to the front door of the cabin. In the evening we took the kids to the Ratskeller and had fun eating pizza and playing video games. Everything was walkable from the cabin.
Rooms were good and cozy. The house is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Kitchen was good. Basement games were fun for the kids.

The TV did not work for the entire stay and a person came to look at it but could not fix the problem. I had to stand on a chair to reach the dishes and crockery. Fire place did not work.
Recently remodeled mid-century modern style was fun to stay in! Foosball and ping pong in the basement was fun with the kids. Great place! Highly recommend!
Beautiful home and perfect for our needs. Only cons were that the internet was out and unable to be fixed during our stay.

Thank you for the kind words. We’re so glad the home was a great fit for your needs.
We sincerely apologize again for the internet outage during your stay. Our provider informed us that there was a service disruption in the area, and unfortunately it was not something we were able to resolve on our end at the time.
We completely understand how important reliable internet is and truly regret the inconvenience this caused. We appreciate your patience and hope to have the opportunity to host you again under smoother circumstances.
