It is a lovely house in a quiet area close to Scarborough beach. There are a few shops and restaurants in close proximity. The property is exactly as shown in the photos and as described.It was perfect for my family. There is a large bedroom with ensuite downstairs, which was ideal for my Mother, who can no longer get up and down stairs. The outdoor area works well for a bar-b-que and sitting in the sun with a cold drink.The communication throughout was very good.Our only one negative, which is being picky, was that there was no written document with all the useful info in one place.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or stay there again in the future.
