The home has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and an upstairs sleeping area, sleeping 10 guests comfortably. A patio leading to the new dock, a piano and porch/playroom make this the ultimate family getaway. The home is located 7 miles off of Exit 25 of I-87, 25 minutes from Gore Mountain, 10 minutes from Dynamite Hill and has access (across the road) to the North Warren Trailblazers snowmobile club trails. It is the perfect Adirondack destination no matter what the season!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay so much!! The lake house is amazing and we loved spending time enjoying the lake. The swimming was great as well. You couldn’t beat the views of the lake from the house.

Wonderful vacation home

We had an amazing time here. The house has plenty of room and space for our whole family to enjoy Brant Lake and Erin is easy to reach. We will be back next year!!

Amazing house on lake

Amazing place for families! We had two families and there was plenty of space. So many toys my kids couldn’t believe it. Hot tub with lake views was amazing. Clean and very communicative and helpful host. Would love to try in summer sometime. Frozen lake was beautiful.

Perfect location

This was the second time staying here and it was just as amazing as the first time. The house is perfect for everyone, lots of toys for the kids, awesome bar area for the adults and couldn’t be any closer to the water. The kids already want to go back.

A Great Lake house

My family, and I had a wonderful stay! The fishing was fantastic, the swimming was delightful. And very importantly, there was a whole house generator, which kicked on when, due to severe weather, the entire area lost power, but we didn’t. Thanks so much to Erin, who is a wonderful host and great to communicate with.

Perfect Lake House

This property is exactly as described and a great place to spend a vacation. Great for groups & kids. Owner communication was very helpful. Highly recommend. Good fishing, calm quiet lake, great views!

Perfect Adirondack Getaway

The Butlers home is breathtaking! We couldn't ask for a better location right on Brant Lake! We spent 3 nights swimming in the lake and some well needed R&R with some friends. We especially loved the lake view. We loved everything about the house and we hope to return again one day!

Fantastic lake house

Well appointed waterfront home

We had a lovely 4 night stay mid August 2024. The location is ideal. The view is beautiful. The house has everything you need for enjoyable vacation. There are several sitting areas, a huge game room, well appointed kitchen, dining room with lake views and a flagstone patio overlooking the lake with comfortable furniture.We will definetly return.

Lovely Lake House

We enjoyed the beautiful views of the lake, the various rooms in the house to hang out, the firepit and sitting by the dock watching the sunset. A lovely house, by a lovely, quiet lake. We also enjoyed hiking, boating, golf and several local restaurants in the area.

Winter getaway

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very spacious with lots of areas to hang out and relax. The hob tub and pool table were great and the views over the lake were amazing. Erin was very easy to communicate with for anything we needed. We would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the lake!

Perfect ADK house

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway that truly encompasses all that the ADK's have to offer, try this house on Brant Lake. The place comfortably slept 10 people of all ages and has many extras not seen in the pictures. The owner Erin, was attentive and great to work with, can't wait to return!

Perfect quiet getaway

Home was impressive and even better than advertised. Perfect views of the lake. Kitchen, bar room and upstairs were all great places for gathering. Lake was dead quiet in the morning and at night. Would highly recommend.

Great House, Great Location!

Family of eight, 2 grandparents, 3 parents, 3 grandkids. Swam and fished everyday, caught em right off the shore. Beautiful lakeside home which was large and beautifully appointed! Erin, our host, was super communicative and extremely helpful! We would love to go back!

Prime Location

Private point of ground, clean, quiet lake, beautiful home. Perfect for my 4 generation family reunion. Only problems we had were the hot tub - could not get it above 78 degrees and the high spotlights - could not reach for replacement and many were out. Minor issues and did not want to bother the host.

Brant Lake beauty

This home is beautiful and worked well for us and our family, all 10 of us! The view is sooo perfect and the patio and yard were well used by us. There is everything you need in the kitchen and the home has enough room for everyone to find their own space. There is a beautiful gathering room with a bar and piano and poker table. Every room has a tv and enough seating for our family. Erin is easily reachable and helpful. If you want to have a fabulous lake vacation and have a beautiful view this house is it!

A Touch of Tranquility

Our family (grandparents, kids and grandkids) spent a week together in an amazing peaceful location on Brant Lake. The rooms in this lake house were spacious, the kitchen fully stocked, the play room had numerous toys for the grandkids to use, and the laundry room was easy to access. Our grandkids loved the fishing and room at the dock was used for our jet ski and to swim off. The night air was great and peaceful to sit by the fire pit while we enjoyed listening to each others humor. The communication of the owner was great. We were made to feel very welcome. Loved our stay!

Weekend away

My girlfriends and I always try to pick a weekend to get away together, and this was the perfect spot. Multiple areas to socialize, big well equipped kitchen to cook in. Loved the hot tub and the indoor fireplace!! We hope to come back next year.

Great property, amazing views. Fun for all ages.

We had a great time! Our family came up to see the seasons changing and we were blown away by the views from this property. No matter the time of day (morning or evening) the lake and the mountains with a wide array of seasonal colors provided the perfect backdrop for rest and relaxation. The house itself was very spacious with PLENTY of bedrooms and bathrooms. The home has a rustic feel with nice touches of modern amenities. We had guests aging from 3 to almost 70 and it catered to everyone. Between the outside lake area, hot tub, bar, pool table, kids room and plenty of sitting areas; there was always something to do when we weren’t out and about. Erin did a great job throughout our stay. She was friendly, communicative, and always had an answer for any of our questions. The only knocks I had was that they removed the dock for the lake mid-stay while my brother in law was literally fishing on it. I understand it had to be winterized, but the timing was interesting and we weren’t really given a heads up on that. But overall the stay was great and we would definitely do it all over again!!
