Access to the driveway is problematic via a relatively steep dip in the crossover gutter. A number of furniture items (one cane chair in the foyer and the lounge suite) are either defective or uncomfortable. The security front door is inadequate given that the manual lock mechanism can be accessed externally which is a security issue. The cleanliness is lacking especially the toilet bowl seat assembly. Whilst advertised coffee pods were however not supplied. Excessive noise (1-3a.m.) was experienced from a neighboring property (unit/flat) which we subsequently addressed personally with the occupier.
