About this property

Quiet modern family friendly South Toowoomba unit

Ground floor unit adjacent to our house in a quiet central location. Quiet leafy street with well appointed hotel nearby for wining and dining. Close proximity to shopping centres and CBD. Toowoomba Hospital and St Vincent's Private Hospital close by.
Shared Laundry facilities.
Self contained kitchenette complete with electric cook top and oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Queen sized bed in master bedroom and two single beds in second bedroom. Cot also available if required. Master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe attached.
Wall heater in main living area and ceiling fans in bedrooms and lounge area.
Quiet outdoor veranda area with barbecue facilities.
Please note that unfortunately we do not have WiFi or air conditioning.

Lovely little apartment that was perfect while we were in Toowoomba for our nephew's wedding. Very clean and tidy and well appointed and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay here for future trips!

Fabulous quiet location, incredibly beautiful and comfortable apartment. Wonderfully equipped kitchen. Parks, playgrounds, shopping centres all close by. Felt like a true home away from home with everything you might need. Kids loved feeding the chickens too.

Great position, quiet leafy area of Toowoomba. Central to all city amenities. The unit is family friendly, very safe and the addition of chickens outside the lounge window was lovely. Very clean unit with all needs catered for.No Wi-Fi which didn't bother us as we were out a fair bit. Some noise from upstairs but nothing significant. I would highly recommend and definitely book this apartment again.
