Ambiente Cottage - Pet and Family Friendly.

Situated in the quiet Jacaranda lined streets of South Toowoomba, you'll find yourself immersed in an early 1900's workers cottage. Ambiente Cottage has 2 bathrooms and the capacity to sleep 6 guests. The cottage boasts a fully functional kitchen and laundry, wifi, netflix, BBQ, 2 single beds and 2 Queen Beds, Cot and Highchair (available on request). The large secure yard with access to the double bay shed means that Ambiente Cottage is both pet and family friendly. Walking distance to corner store, CBD and Base Hospital. It is in close proximity to Queen’s Park, Empire Theatre, Toowoomba City Golf Club, Gabbinbar Homestead and Preston Peak Winery.

We appreciate that its nice to be able to cook your own meals whilst away so we have provided a fully equipped kitchen including; cook books, electric mixer, nespresso machine, blender, baking equipment, new microwave, dishwasher, plus pantry staples to get you going....
We also provide our guests with a few goodies on arrival; bread, milk, juice, butter, cereals and more.

There are two Queen Size beds, and two single beds. All beds have new mattresses and bedding and are super comfortable. We also have a fully assembled cot available for use if requested.

There are two bathrooms; the main bathroom includes a shower over bath, the second bathroom includes a level access, walk in shower. The instant hot water system and great water pressure will ensure a fantastic shower.

There is a laundry with a new front loader washing machine, dryer, iron and board. We also have some pet towels and blankets for use during your stay.

There is a Smart TV with Netflix and wifi to ensure the whole family is entertained!
There is a new reverse cycle air-conditioner in the lounge area and in each of the bedrooms.

Outside the garden is secure, landscaped, with a BBQ, patio area, table and chairs.

The cottage is fully fenced with access to the large double bay shed.
Further off street parking for up to 2 more cars is available in the driveway.
Park your car and walk. We are close to everything!

We have a cot and high chair at the cottage and can put you in touch with baby sitting services if required. There are toys, games and books for all age children.

Please note there is a minimum 2 night stay for the property, however this may change during peak periods and public holidays.
Discounted rates may be available to stays greater than 7 nights.

All of the house is available for you to use. There is ample on and off street parking and a large double lock up shed available for use.

Pets are more than welcome to stay at the cottage. We do ask that pets are not left inside unattended whilst you are not home. We also kindly ask that pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding - red paw prints do not come out in the wash! We can put you in touch with a wonderful pet sitter if required.

Perfect Short Stay
Our stay at the Ambiente Cottage was outstanding. It provided everything we needed in a safe and quiet location. The cottage was beautifully renovated while retaining it's beautiful heritage. We appreciated the extra comforts that Hollie has provided. Communication with Hollie was excellent and we will definately stay there again.

After deciding to settle in this beautiful lush town of Toowoomba we purchased this beautiful early 1900's workers cottage. We absolutely adore this cottage and the original features it still offers to this day. We love nothing more than sharing our beautiful cottage with our guests. Our cottage is self-contained and we do our best to ensure that the cottage is well stocked with all the essentials to make a perfect stay! We are also locals and are more than happy to assist in anyway we can - please don't hesitate to ask!

This property is quite unique as we are pet friendly. As owners of three beautiful Labradors we understand how important pets are to your family and appreciate that they need to be just as well travelled as their owners. Our property is fully fenced and boasts a large backyard with a secure double lock up garage which is also perfect for those guests planning to stay for a while.

We're all about appreciating the 'little things' in life and our guests love all of the little 'extra' touches we add to ensure the best possible stay! The cottage is within walking distance to the CBD and its only a short drive to everywhere else!
