About this property

The Cranley! Separate air-conditioned dwelling with private courtyard and veranda overlooking a family pool. Rural views and garden areas to enjoy. Goats, ducks and chickens add to the country experience. Polished floors, high ceilings with lots of natural light make this a quiet and tranquil place to stay. Minutes to 'O'Donnell' Bakehouse and Wilsonton Shops & Hotel. Approx 8 kilometres to Toowoomba City (15 mins) to Grand Central in Margaret St.

The property is situated on almost 2 acres. It has 1 acre of gardens and lawn at the front that can be accessed by the guests. We have 2 small goats, quite a few chickens, 1Indian Runner duck, a dog Lily, and a couple of Guinea pigs that give some extra interest to the property. The gardens are being developed, and are enthusiastically enjoyed by visitors. It is a peaceful, country setting with several different areas around the property to stop and relax.

We have a vegetable patch that guests are welcome to harvest and enjoy the produce while they are here. Please help yourself.

Wonderful!

We loved staying here! The place was very clean and has a lovely homey feel - there were tim tams and milk in the fridge on arrival ready for us to have a cup of tea, and toys and storybooks on the shelf which our son loved :) We all enjoyed exploring the gardens and property, patting the guinea pigs, watching the chooks and goats, picking mulberries off the tree and swimming in the pool! A perfect little getaway! Thank you! We will definitely be back :)

Gorgeous guest house

Wonderful base for a few days. Guest house located seperate to main reaidence surounded by beautiful gardens as well as goats, chickens and a pool!

We have lived in Toowoomba for 8 years, purchasing this property a few years ago. We have thoroughly enjoyed renovating, restoring and creating gardens and spaces here. We hope you enjoy the property as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

This property is ideal having both acreage and being so close to Toowoomba. It really gives us the best of both worlds. The ease of being close to the hub of Toowoomba and yet feeling like we are away from the hubbub.!! It is a private and secure place. As most say after visiting - restful, comfortable, peaceful, feels like home.

What makes this property unique

Large gardens, animals to enjoy, Unique architecture and light filled cottage. We often have guests want to draw up the plan or take photos of the cottage to keep for reference.
