Très bien situé et aurait pue être agréable s'il avait été propre
L'appartement est très bien situé et a le charme de l'ancien. La déco est convenable et les lits sont très confortables.
Par contre, il y avait un un lave-linge (ou lave-vaisselle) emballé ainsi que du matériel pour le ménage (aspirateur, produits ménagers,...) qui encombraient un coin du salon et auraient dû être débarrassés.
Mais surtout, la propreté laissait vraiment à désirer (masque usagé sous le lit, traces de doigts sur les miroirs, poussière, linge laissé dans le lave-linge, surfaces collantes, ...).
Dommage car l'appartement ne manque pas de charme.

Emplacement idéal mais c’est tout
Emplacement dans le vieux bordeaux parfait.
La communication avec le propriétaire complexe par écrit mais sympa au téléphone.
Simple vitrage pour un appartement au dessus des bars et restaurants. Prévoir de faire la fermeture des bars sinon compliqué de dormir.
3 lits bien, mais pas assez de serviettes pour les 4 personnes.
