WALK TO BEACH AND TOWN!
Relax and enjoy a peaceful oasis with easy access to the Beach! Welcome to A SEAbatical, an upgraded 2-bedroom, 2 bath townhouse surrounded by trees and abutting the Bethany Beach Nature Center property. Offering all the amenities you would want for a stress-free vacation. From the welcoming front porch enter to a fully equipped kitchen with stackable washer/dryer, large living/dining room featuring bamboo floors, recessed lighting and a super convenient breakfast bar open to the kitchen. As an added bonus, there is a 3-season sunroom with skylights, additional gathering and eating space (a great area to put together a puzzle or snooze in a lounge chair), plus a shower area for washing off the sand. There is direct access to the rear treed common area with wonderful views of nature. The upper-level features two good-sized bedrooms and two fully upgraded bathrooms. There are 2 smart TV's, be sure to bring your app account credentials.

The property has 5 ceilings fans, the floors are bamboo and luxury vinyl (no wall-to-wall carpeting), there are two parking spaces and included is a coveted in season Bethany Beach resident parking pass. PLUS, the Bethany Beach Trolly that stops within a block of the property and runs into the community during the summer offering stress-free access to the beach and shops and restaurants. In addition to a sought-after location, (short distance to the beach!) amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts and a community dock offering access for canoes and kayaks to the Salt Pond or just an opportunity to view the birds and wildlife from the dock area. Be sure to pack your kayak or canoe along with your bathing suit! Numerous dining selections including DiFebo's, Grotto pizza and Bethany Diner and more are literally at your doorstep. Available off-season and for Event weekends at Bethany throughout the year. Community pool pass included with the rent. Pool available May 23 - Sept 30, 2026

Lovely Villa of Bethany West

We just spent the week at 781C Salt Pond Circle. It’s a very pretty beach house and we were quite comfortable there. The location is great for a quick drive or trolley ride to the beach but also affords a quiet atmosphere to relax.

Wonderful Family Getaway’

Bethany Beach is quite the hidden gem! This property made our trip comfortable, relaxing and happy. Beautiful space. My favorite room in the house was the sun room. Clean and is exactly how it was described. Hope to one day rent it again!
