Welcome to this 3-bedroom, dog friendly vacation home, where comfort meets convenience! Located in the Bear Trap Dunes community. This neighborhood is 12 minutes from the beach and offers an excellent outdoor pool, clubhouse with a fitness center, sauna, game room, tennis courts, basketball court, indoor pool, playground, and a shuttle service to the beach from different stops throughout the community. Golf may be purchased through the Pro Shop and AMENITY PASSES may be purchased at the pavilion for $55 PER PERSON PER WEEK. (Please note that these prices are for 2023) Take advantage of an off-season weekend stay for your golf trip!

Enjoy a good night's sleep in the master suite with a king bed, futon, and work desk. The attached bathroom has a shower, tub, and dual sinks. The deck outside comes with a gas grill for some outdoor cooking. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a TV, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed and a floor futon.

Unwind in the spacious living room with a large-screen TV and a grand piano. The fully stocked kitchen includes a K-cup and regular coffee maker, waffle iron, toaster oven, and all the essentials.
