Sunset

The furniture was nasty. We covered them with quilts we brought. The carpet was worse. We kept socks on because it was so dirty. I called to complain but nobody called me back. The bar had not been cleaned nor had the kitchen sink. I changed the sheets in guest bedroom. It had 2 fitted sheets and the one closest to the mattress had blood on it. The views were beautiful, the pool was very clean but I would not stay in that unit again.

Diane, I do apologize for the condition of the condo had the front desk been contacted the day of your arrival of the issues and not the day before your departure we would have had the furniture and carpet professional cleaned for you, and have re-made the bed with fresh linen. Once you did advise of the issue the day before your departure, to compensate for the inconvenience we did give you a discount and refunded your credit card which you should see in 7 to 10 business days. Again we are very sorry we did not meet the expectation in this condo.
