No air conditioning when we arrived and getting through to owner took 3 hours of effort. Very frustrating for an expensive penthouse. Jacuzzi apparently has not worked for weeks (undisclosed). One bedroom door won’t stay closed. Minimal supplies such as no corkscrew or bbq tongs. No spices but salt pepper and olive oil. No towels for the pool. No where to sit on beautiful upstairs balcony other than tiny barstools. The balcony view was awesome but couldn’t be enjoyed until 5:00pm as there was no shade. Weird things, dishwasher is in pantry? We could not figure out how to turn on oven as it required an unmarked button to be pushed located behind the coffee maker. This quirk was not disclosed in the apartment manual.
