Welcome to Hacienda Pinilla, a place where the days feel slower, the breeze feels softer, and everything is designed for you to truly relax.
Our beautiful 5-bedroom luxury villa is just a short 5-minute walk to the peaceful and secluded Playa Bonita, a secluded beach out of Golondrinas at the Hacienda Pinilla.
From the moment you walk in, you’ll feel at home. The villa comfortably welcomes up to 10 guests at no extra cost, with 3 king beds and 2 queen beds, plus 4.5 spacious bathrooms featuring both soaking tub and walk-in indoor and outdoor showers. There’s full air conditioning throughout the home, high-speed Wi-Fi, and complimentary daily housekeeping. Our cleaning lady comes for 3 to 4 hours every day, Monday to Friday, so you can focus on relaxing, not chores.
If you’d like to make your stay even more effortless, we’re happy to arrange a few little luxuries for you. We can organize daily breakfast, private chef dinners, in-home massage treatments, or even have your groceries stocked before you arrive. Just let us know what would make your stay perfect.
As our guest, you’ll also enjoy exclusive access to the Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club for just $5 per person per day (normally $45), and children enter free. It’s a wonderful place to spend the day, lounge by the stunning oceanfront pool, enjoy a delicious meal at the restaurant, or get in a workout at the fully equipped fitness center.
Our daily and delicious breakfast (Monday–Friday) costs $10 per person with fresh fruit, eggs, toast, butter, jam, and coffee or tea. We can also arrange private chefs of your choice, dining experiences or relaxing in-home massages whenever you’d like.
There’s so much to enjoy here for every age and interest. Within Hacienda Pinilla, you’ll find golf, tennis, pickleball, mountain biking, scenic hiking trails, and even horseback riding. And just nearby, adventure is waiting: white-water rafting, half-day fishing trips, jungle river cruises, boat safaris, sailing excursions and more.

House Rules:
No parties or loud noise after 10:00 PM due to community rules.
Please keep all doors closed at all times. Even though we have guards, leaving doors or the garage open is unsafe and can allow animals to enter.
Turn off all lights when not in use.
Do not leave any outdoor lights on overnight. I have special lights connected to the alarm system that activate automatically to deter animals.
The main air conditioner must stay on all day and night at approximately 22–24°C (not lower). Large temperature differences between the inside and outside can cause the windows to crack due to the extreme heat outside. Same for bedrooms.
Please turn off the bedroom air conditioners when not in use as a courtesy, because electricity in Hacienda Pinilla is extremely expensive. A penalty of $15 per night will be applied.
