Needs many updates and improvements to make it a comfortable and suitable rental. Amenities were poor, cleanliness lacking, and the bare minimum in regards to bed and bathroom basic needs. Unsafe entry covered in class and trash.

Great for Groups!

Had a large group in town and these two apartments got the job done. They had enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably and plenty of space in the common areas for us to all be together. The property manager was very responsive and made sure we had a great stay. Great location and close to everything!

Great host for large group

Some friends and I decided to go to the Northwestern vs Ohio State game at Wrigley field. As we were looking for a host for 12 people this came on our radar and I am glad it did. Easy walk to blue line subway into downtown and one night walked back from the downtown. I thought the area surrounding was safe and had no concerns. Great stay!

Great for groups

We had a group of 15 girls in town and the layout and amenities of the VRBO were great. Keyless locks were super helpful for when girls were coming at different times. Loved using deck above garage to enjoy the first 80 degree day in chicago!

Great no-frills option near for large groups

We had a group of 6 guys spread across these 2 units. It was perfect for the price. We just needed a place to sleep while we explored the city during the day. There is a nice patio out back, but we chose not to use it due to the noise policy. There is a crazy NO WARNING policy where the owner can evict you without a warning if they receive a noise complaint. As long as your group can play by the rules, this is a solid option. Also beware, there is no live TV viewing option, contrary to the description which says to use Hulu.

Dan was very helpful and detailed with the check in process. The property location was really good, minutes from downtown. The neighborhood was quiet, neighbors were friendly. The beds weren’t the best. The only real issue of concern was the gas leak in the second unit. There was no gas leak detector which caused our daughter and her friend to suffer symptoms from the exposure of the gas leak. Confirm the gas leak has been taken care of.
