Coastal Empress is a graceful 4-bedroom, 4 and a half-bathroom beach retreat in the gated Villas of Frangista community, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests. 1st Floor:

Kitchen: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals with large families. It features high-end appliances and finishes throughout. Included are a microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffeepot, crock-pot, griddle, and blender, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. There is also a large island bar with seating for 6.

Dining Room: The dining room is part of the open-concept design, including a wooden dining table with 2 benches and 2 chairs.

Living Room: This spacious living area is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. Sink into the plush seating arrangements of a couch and 3 accent chairs.

Bedroom + Bathroom #1: It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower.

Bathroom #5 (Half Bath): This bathroom is easily accessible for guests in the main living area.

Laundry Room: This large laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer.

House Rules:
-This is a NON-smoking property.

Student Booking Policies:
-College student groups must all inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a college student group is accepted, they will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or college student groups.

Pets:
-This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee upon approval. Please request approval before booking.

Parking:
-All cars must be in the driveway. 4 cars maximum. No Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted per HOA rules.
