There`s a parking space which connects to your private courtyard.
Having a parking space in the west end of Freo is amazing, but the space is a little awkward due to it’s position and the pillars. Please note that the maximum car height is 2.0m due to the vents.

There is no smoking through out the property including the courtyard.
