Breath taking views

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the views were amazing, we saw whales and dolphins from the patio and right on Clarence drive arguably the Most beautiful location on the cape coast. Solar powered so always had electricity and WiFi. And very secure. Thank you for the experience Xxx Adam & Marcia

Amazing location

This home is on a cliff overlooking both the Steenbras River and the Atlantic Ocean. It is spectacular! Pictures just can’t do it justice. It is located within the national park, with no pets allowed anywhere inside the locked gates, so birds and animals are unafraid of you and a joy to watch. We were there for a month mid August to mid September and lived every minute. The house is powered by solar, so limited in electrical appliances (ie…no microwave or heaters), but does have a generator so “load-shedding” (electricity is shut down for a few hours daily in all of South Africa when we were there) does not affect it. It is, however, very cold in the house in the winter season with no heat. There is a small wood stove, but the house is very large and spread out, so it doesn’t help much. The owners, Reina and Colin, are wonderful to work with whenever any problems arose. Consider yourself lucky if you are able to stay in this amazing property.
