My home is a haven for nature lovers, offering a wealth of outdoor recreation. From wildlife trails and serene rivers to crystal-clear lakes, this area is perfect for swimming, camping, and exploring nearby smaller islands. Living here means being surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty and endless adventure.
One of my favorite hobbies is antique shopping. I relish the thrill of the hunt and the joy of finding a hidden gem with a unique story. I also enjoy refinishing furniture—taking forgotten pieces and breathing new life into them, transforming them into something special.
I have a deep passion for living spaces and the energy they hold. I believe every room or outdoor area has its own unique flow and atmosphere. Having studied Feng Shui and other energy practices, I’ve honed the ability to sense how spaces can either uplift us or leave us feeling stagnant. With this knowledge, I’ve taken on numerous renovation projects, carefully guiding each space to find its balance, and ensuring it feels just right.

The Romantic Zone is alive with energy and creativity. Strolling through charming streets, you’ll be greeted with smiles and warm "Hola!" from the locals... Our neighborhood exudes old-world charm, evoking a gentler time with cozy shops and familiar merchants who greet you by name. It's a vibrant LGBTQ+ community where inclusivity and acceptance are at its core.
The area offers a variety of restaurants, from Mexican and seafood specialities to Italian, Asian, Cuban and many more. Along with the diverse restaurants, there are numerous coffee shops, bars, and lively weekend markets. Here, you'll find locally grown produce, handmade crafts, clothing, and textiles, reflecting the culture and warmth of the community.
At the heart of it all is Los Muertos Beach, where the ocean waves fill the air with their soothing energy. Whether you're swimming or dining at one of the beachside spots, this beach offers something for everyone. Take in a leisurely stroll to the iconic Los Muertos Pier. It is the perfect moment to pause and enjoy the view as the sun sets over the horizon.

What brings me the most joy about our property is the ability to honor Mexican traditions while preserving its authentic charm. I’ve worked to incorporate local culture into every corner, from commissioning a talented local artist to create a stunning custom mural, to carefully selecting furniture pieces from nearby antique shops. The addition of custom bathroom fixtures, authentic Saltillo tiled floors, new appliances, fresh beds, and blackout curtains all come together to create a space that is as functional as it is beautiful.
My goal was simple: to create a cozy, bright, and comfortable space where guests can truly relax and feel at home.
